2. Visiting the website (hosting and security)

The website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, and its affiliates) on Cloudflare Workers. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser user agent and approximate location derived from the IP address. 3. Cookies and analytics

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies and do not use cross-site tracking.

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure performance. It works without cookies and without fingerprinting, and does not build visitor profiles. [STATE WHETHER IT IS CURRENTLY ENABLED.]

4. Submissions and contact requests

When you use the submit form, we process the data you enter:

name and work email (required), selected plan;
agent or agency name, website URL, description, jobs, pricing, integrations, EU/GDPR information and your message (optional);
your consent confirmation, the time of submission, your browser user agent and the country derived from your IP address (for spam prevention).

Purpose: to review your listing or request, contact you about it and, for paid plans, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). The data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the EU jurisdiction. Retention: [E.G. FOR THE DURATION OF THE LISTING / BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AND UP TO 24 MONTHS AFTER THE LAST CONTACT, UNLESS LONGER RETENTION IS LEGALLY REQUIRED]. 5. Payments (not yet active)

Paid plans are not live yet. When checkout opens, payments will be processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe, Inc.). We will receive payment status and billing details but no full card numbers. This section will be updated before payments go live.

6. Outbound links

Links to vendor websites may carry a referral parameter (?ref=agentsbyjob) and may become affiliate links. The parameter contains no personal data. Once you leave this site, the vendor's privacy policy applies.

7. Recipients and processors

8. Your rights
